At ToneeNdungu™ our motivation and personal development are the core values we strive for.

We support events around which these two values can be achieved. We are here to add value to your event in a meaningful and impacting manner.

Outside the motivational-specific or personal development training events we have, we are engaged in more informal and even peculiar events. For many of our clients, any opportunity to inform, educate and inspire friends, family, workmates and more in various social circles has led them to invite us to facilitate a myriad of occasions.

The following is not a comprehensive list but outlines some main events we have been involved in.

1. Corporate Events – Launches, team building, inspirational talks, conflict management
2. Learning Institution events – inspirational talks, club launches and general meetings, staff inspiration, student-teacher dynamics, conflict management and commencement or graduation events.
3. Career Days in high schools and Universities
4. Celebratory events including graduations and engagement parties on a small or large scale
5. House Parties for teens, young adults, adults or senior citizens
6. Weddings
7. Birthday parties
8. Anniversaries
9. Farmers, labor unions, chamas, scouts and girl guides, sports teams and security personnel, restaurant waiting staff, delivery staff, transport personnel and invalids.
10. Prisoners, correction facility staff and those in juvenile confinement.

With a little prior information on the target audience and a visit or two with them, we create simple applicable messages that we present in a captivating yet enlightening manner. Every topic and activity is structured to prompt particular responses that allow the people in the audience to re-analyze a thought or attitude they have lived with or thought to be factual and singular.  Our goal is never to introduce new ideas ourselves or give solutions, we are facilitator and catalyst for people to create their own ideas and  bring forth their own solutions.
