Conventional ‘training’ is a requirement when covering essential work-related skills, techniques and knowledge and we take great care to develop positive progressive approaches to this sort of traditional ‘training’.
It is important to note, however, that in this era of information saturation and globalization of the workforce, staff are looking desperately for personal fulfillment in their work-life balance. The most effective way to develop this quality of people is quite different from conventional skills training, which [let's face it] many regard rather negatively.
