My motivation is you. Yes, it sounds random and slightly cocky, I know. That said, it doesn’t mean I am not serious.

Motivation is at the core of what I do. I talk it, teach it, train on it, provide innovations to promote it, facilitate for it, go on excursions to help you find it…I live to motivate.

That is strictly what I am here for. To take and turn the exhausted, indifferent, tired, monotonous, burnt-out and casual. There is something here for everyone to give..and get. I show you how to give without loosing and gain without taking.

We have frameworks in which we fit our learning modules and have execution teams to help us play-out the activities that we set up for you. The most important part of any team is the shared vision. The second most important is the team dynamic.

I work with a team of people inspired and self motivated with the skills and knowledge required to present a professional and impact filled event is our greatest achievement. And having a team that meshes together so easily is my most inspirational and successful asset yet.

In various settings, we call on the team to do more than they have to; and the love it. In the event that we have an out-door overnight excursion, the team picks dual roles such as cooking, setting up the tents and accommodation, hunting (we have had to do that a few times), camp managers and any other responsibility that may arise.
