So you are making it. It’s all good and life seems to be going in the right direction. What more could you need?

But what is real success?

What is ‘making it’ to you? Really. Think about it from various perspectives. Does you one idea cover all of your life? You will realize success is so many things to so many people..including yourself.

Most universal perceptions have lined it up to around a few human traits. It is in getting five things that we measure our success. Achievement, acknowledgement, admiration, association and a lot of money.

But being at the top looses its luster faster that a candle on a hill. Ask those who have been there in any field and they will tell you how lonely it is at the top.

So where can you get your fill of purpose if not after achieving that thing you have strived for all your life? It is not a simple answer. But there has to be a basis of a really successful life whether you are there or on your way there.

Success is very deceptive in that it is built on expectation and nothing can let you down like a castle built in the sky of expectations. Srive to find out what, really , makes you a success. I can give you a place to start. In fact, I just did!
