Wikepedia defines “habits” as ‘routines of behavior that are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously. Habitual behavior often goes unnoticed in persons exhibiting it, because a person does not need to engage in self-analysis when undertaking routine tasks.’
In essence, its the ‘auto-pilot’.
Who are you when you are in auto-pilot. Are you energized or drained. Are you a listener or zoned out to a point of being dazed. Do you relax with a book or watch a documentary with meaningful content on it. What is your realtionship with time, both free and on keeping it. Do you do your best, take care of your body and say ‘thank you’, ‘you’re welcome’ and ‘excuse me’. Why does it even matter.
Life is a principle that works like this: you get what you give.

Talk like a scruff, you will end up with scruffs..because only they will understand you. Act with class, you will be around class. Think like the best, you will walk with the best. It is not life that gives you the choices you have, it is the choices you have that give you life.
