Because you can. Motivation is a team sport, and we are on your team.
I have set myself goals and targets. I have defined my objectives both general and specific. I have curved out my needs and identified my target. I have found my purpose. I also know my boundaries both physically and mentally. As I expand both, I compensate with another team member. The people I work with and…you!
I and the people I work with or invite to speak at my events and engagements are skilled and powerful people. But they know that they too can’t motivate everyone, everywhere all the time. It is a restraint in time and space we wish we could change, but it is not in our power to do so. But if we can pass it on, the you can get it and pass it on. And the conversation will keep going..
Then there in lies our solution. If we can motivate you, and you choose to motivate those around you, then we motivate them indirectly. If they motivate others, then you motivated them indirectly..and the cycle begins and continues.
The entire journey lies in our minds. My learning experiences, study, life experiences and background have brought me to this moment, where I can motivate you for you and for those that look to you..and those that don’t.
This is what I give you. What you do with that is a choice you make.
