A disclaimer first..in my effort to ‘try get it all in 1 take”, this blog is a place of “1 take”s. I write out the blog once and don’t edit or correct the post unless it makes completely no sense. You will find mistakes; some in grammar, some in spelling. It is my translation of the ‘rough diamond’ concept; the power of an idea is in its creation first, then its presentation. Come and watch my presentations, then you will see what I mean. For now..this is Tonee Ndungu…in black and white.
Tonee’s background in the non-profit sector, corporate sector, the media and as a technology entrepreneur his experiences have built his understanding on how to identify and apply different processes in professional arenas while maintaining the “genuine you-ness” individuality brings to the 21st century work environment.
A very skill-full and light-hearted consultant, coach and speaker at various events and conferences around the world, Tonee Ndungu started focusing on his ability to translate challenging concepts and life lessons into simple, compelling, engaging and motivational presentations for young professionals in 2010 with a number of organizations inviting him to their events, training sessions and staff motivational talks.
Being young, tech-savvy, well accentuated, eloquent and well achieved, his ability to captivate, educate and entertain have made Tonee Ndungu a favorite among young professionals hosting private functions as well as social and organizational self-development events including faith based organizations, learning institutions (high school and university), sports clubs, non-governmental organizations and corporate companies. His content is in 6 major areas that are divided into professional and social clusters.
Professionally, he speaks on;
1. Business practices & entrepreneurship principles
2. Technology [its pros and cons in a 21st century society] & interpersonal communication
3. Being young and professional; the plus and minus, the perks and punishment. Socially, he speaks on;
4. Sons and Fathers (which he does together with his father); the ongoing conversations men must have with their fathers.
5. Personal potential and how to find it.
6. How to be young in body and wise in mind; a simple and applicable concept for high school (targets teenagers and high schoolers mostly)
